1. Shipping & Delivery Policy
Any location in Kharadi and the nearby regions is eligible for FREE Standard delivery from us. However, we don’t deliver to locations more than 5 kilometres from Kharadi, PO Boxes, military and restricted regions, or all naval ports. While we make every effort to keep our costs low, our top focus is getting the items to you quickly, securely, and effectively. On the front end, we deliver to the majority of businesses and offices where our logistics partners have affiliates. Charges are dependent on weight and volume, so once you’ve chosen your item, head over to the checkout page to see where we deliver to and how much it will cost. Once you input your delivery information, we will automatically compute the delivery rates based on the supplied address.
2. Order Status & Tracking
Monday through Sunday (excluding holidays), all purchases will be processed and shipped from our warehouse or local stores the same day payment is received. This is subject to vary based on variables such as online security checks, shipping limits, payment authorization, order packaging, and sending. When your order is received, you will receive an email confirmation.
3. Local Deliveries
Customers can choose between two delivery options: standard and express courier.
Standard Courier – is charged Rs. 30 for all local orders and takes about 4 – 8 hours from the time of placing the order to reach you.
Express Courier – is charged Rs. 50 for all local orders and takes about 2 – 4 hours from the time of placing the order to reach you.
To better serve you, you can schedule your deliveries from 9AM. to 10PM, Monday to Sunday regardless of whether you choose Standard or Express couriers.
You will receive an email confirmation with the tracking number once your order has been sent. With your 6-digit Order Number, you may check and follow the status of your orders with our local logistics partner. If no one is available to receive the package, there will be an extra charge for re-delivery. In order for the courier company to contact you in the event of any unforeseen situations, please enter your contact number under the address specified during checkout.
4. Taxes, Duties & Tariffs
You are liable to pay all govt taxes as per the goods you order. This may include State Goods & Services Tax (SGST), Central Goods & Services Tax (CGST), Integrated Goods & Services Tax (IGST).
5. Mode of payments
We accept Mastercard, VISA credit and debit cards, as well as American Express, and UPI payments. We do not accept ATM or inter-bank transfers as the forms of payment.
